When will my order ship?
We pack orders within two business days. Tracking arrives as soon as the carrier scans your parcel.
How much is shipping?
A flat $6, and free on orders over $60.
Can I return an opened product?
If something does not suit your skin, tell us within 30 days and we will make it right, opened or not. Downloads cannot be returned once opened.
How do downloads arrive?
After payment, your download link opens a buyer check. Use the email address from your order.
