Each new formula goes through patch testing with volunteers who have sensitive or reactive skin before it reaches the shop.

Is everything fragrance free? +

Yes. We add no fragrance or essential oils to any product. Some formulas have a faint natural scent from their oils.

Are your products safe during pregnancy? +

Our formulas avoid retinoids and high-strength acids, but please check every ingredient with your doctor. The full list is on each product page.

How long does a bottle last once opened? +

Twelve months for most products. The open-jar symbol on each label shows the exact number.
